Last July, Delko RDT Księżycowa sp. z o.o. seated in Ignatki near Białystok, a member of Delko Capital Group, purchased the market of Savana Trade Company.
As a result of the transaction, the company acquired two warehouses; one seated in Olsztyn, 3 Dworcowa St. and the other in Białystok, 35 Produkcyjna St. The transaction aims at expanding the company’s trade offer, making it more attractive, expanding the scope of company’s operations, boosting competitiveness and strengthening the market position of Delko RDT Księżycowa sp. z o.o.
Delko RDT Księżycowa sp. z o.o. in Ignatki is a member of Delko Capital Group S.A. in Śrem. Other group members include Delko Otto sp. z o.o. in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski and Nika sp. z o.o. in Kielce. The Group is a distributor of cosmetics, personal hygiene and household cleaning products that operates across Poland.
Delko Capital Group enjoys consistent growth in sales revenues. In the first half of 2008, it observed a 30% growth as compared to the same period in 2007.
